A weekend of no scrapping!

Well I had planned on some serious scrapping this weekend but that was not the case. Between catching the bug I got, then had to sneak out for some groceries for the week, and catching up on my paid postings, trying to rest so I can feel better, I didn’t get the chance to scrap. Friday night my kitty Twinkle was such a ham, I took lot’s of pictures that night. Too cute. I can’t wait to scrap em. She is just so sweet and definitely my baby!!
Dad left yesterday afternoon and did not come on until 1:45 a.m. I was so worried. I was laying in bed trying to rest but could not go to sleep until I knew he was home. But I am so upset with him right now for staying out so late and his meds, he took 5 hours later than he should of and he knew I was home sick and knows I will not go to sleep unless I know he is home safe and sound.
I am so tender in my lower adbomen that just the cats walking on the bed it really hurts. I don’t know what the heck is up but I hope its much better by this upcoming weekend. It’s hubby’s family reunion, which I am in charge of running. I really like this to me my last year. I think its good that different gals of the famliy each take turns in running it, to bring a variety of essence to it, you know. I have to sort my prizes I bought for when they play bingo and such. See I miss getting to sit and play too! Instead its work for me. I don’t get to sit and relax in conversation like the others do. This year I want to also take pictures of everyone too so I can do up a scrap.
I am disappointed too because last year I took the time to make up flyers and asked if each family could submit at least one recipe to make a family cookbook to have a heirloom for the family, I was willing to type it all up, get the books made and I got 4 recipes sent to me. I just could not beleive it. How am I expected to sit and work hard to come up with things, get the prizes for the games, run the games and get very little in return in trying to improve the reunion….
Wow I had lots of paid advertising to do this weekend. Wahoo lil fun money for Susan! I appreicate you all putting up with my ad’s, as I always put up a personal post after I do them so you are not just hit with an ad, unless your visitng while I am posting my ads then oops sorry LOL
