I won a free kit!!

Last night before I went to bed I checked my email one more time, since our ISP server mail SUCKS but thats another blog *wink*….

I got an email from the owner of Pink Cat Studio, where I bought the kit I used for my Diva Kitty Twinkle Scrap!! I had placed in her gallery (this is the same place I entered a decorate the kitty contest). She loved my layout and my sweet lil story to go along with it and that I won a free kit of my choice!! I was so excited as I never won anything for a layout before!! Sure makes you feel proud you know! I picked up my sweet twinkle to hug her and shared my joy with her, and her response was “meow….meow”. Not sure if that was yayyyyy or woman your nuts put me down LOL.

So today I picked out a sweet kit and I have some ideas for it already, using pictures I found film of and developed..it was our trip to Hershey. The pictures are not as good as the digital but its still a memory. Wait till you see how young my kiddies were!!!

Kitty Diva Twinkle

This is a scrap of my baby Diva, Twinkle. She is almost two years old now. I got her for my birthday October of 2005 from my hubby and she is my baby. I named her twinkle because of her big beautiful eyes. She is a quite the character. She sleeps with me most nights and hogs my pillows. Yes PILLOWS, I use two because she hogs one, and now sleeps on both so I defeated my purpose in two pillows. My DIVA sweetie

Jungle Dad!

This is a scrap of my dad that I will forever cherish. This picture was from our trip to Kennywood on July 3rd, he is riding the train as we took a mini tour of the park and learned about the history. I just crack up when I see him in his hat. Wearing this hat to the park, when he wandered off alone, was an easy way to find him in a crowd, like Where’s Waldo!

The journaling reads: Dearest Dad, I remember when I bought this hat at the flea market and dared you to wear it. You have worn it ever since to keep the sun off you. Hubby gave you the nickname Jungle Larry!!
