My sweet little Raskal, I have so many pictures of him sleeping, its just so funny. He gets in some of the cutest positions. How can I not take a picture and scrap them?? So this is him sleeping in my basket that sits by my desk, next to my purse.

Memories galore

I have been going through pictures I have from when my kids were babies, getting ready to make some layouts and I just stare at some of the pictures of my sweet little girl when she was asleep in the crib. Then I thought how sad I was not able to keep her crib to pass on to her children. So I been looking around for cribs, thinking maybe one day when she is married and going to have a baby, we just might get her an Emily crib, and maybe she will be the one who can save to pass on to her grand-babies.

I was visiting a scrap store today and seen they have a notice as of January that if you need links reset for your orders, there is a fee of $5.00 per order that you need links reset. Now isn’t that just a bit much? I mean what if the product only cost a $1.00? I might as well just repurchase it. How hard it it to push RESET?
I have to tell you that is very discouraging to say the least. How sad for someone should they have a crash and lose everything they have to have to pay PER order! I understand the need for bandwidth concerns, I guess but personally I say take your invoice and contact the designer directly, perhaps they will be willing to work something out with you first.
I for one, will never pay that! That is just wrong to say the least. I have my opinion and a write to state it and it is just wrong. How horrible to loose everything and then be told I have to pay per order again and even more than what I paid in the first place!!!
Our Vows

This is a layout using a scanned photo from our wedding book, of us saying our vows to each other. A lot of our photo’s for some reason did not turn out very well and are dark so I scanned a few of the best ones to scrap. I just love this one. The wedding dress I am wearing was “borrowed” by my church momma Dolly. It was pink and had tiny little heart on it. I just adored and felt so honored to be able to wear her dress. It was a little big one me. I remember when I was saying my vows when I had to repeat the pastor when he said “honor and obey”, my hubby started to chuckle because I had to say “obey”. I will always remember that!
Very first Valentine Card

This is a scrap of the very first Valentine Card my hubby ever gave to me!! I keep it tucked away in my dresser and its been there for the past 10 years!! I will never throw it away. I really love it. I pulled it out to scan and scrap and asked hubby if he remembered it and he said NO can you believe it?? So I told him what it was and he just looked deep into my eyes and smiled. So you see the its the little things that I treasure so much!!
