Nephew’s Birthday around the corner

I was just checking out the family calendar, for those who don’t have one, if you have a big family, its a great way to keep track of everyone’s birthday’s, anniversaries, and such. My hubby’s nephew’s birthday is coming up and he was just talking to his mom and everyone is thinking of putting money in the pot to get him a back rack for his truck. I have to give him credit, he really does take care of his truck and if this is something he really wants, then he deserves it.
Should I or shouldn’t I

Some days I just am so fed up with my health issues. I am taking all these medications and yet I don’t feel any better. I like to loose a little weight and have thought about trying hoodia, as I seen this on an episode of Oprah but the last time I talked to my specialist he was not too keen on the idea. I feel as if I am at an impasse. But from what I read I really don’t see how it could hurt me since its an all natural herb. But as it is I already don’t have an appetite and maybe that is my my specialist would rather I didn’t.
