There just has to be something I can do, for some reason when this time of year comes around I seem to have more issues with my Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have never been so miserable and sometimes wonder if there is something I can do, perhaps try a colon cleanser and get rid of all those built up toxins, and see if I can find something I could take daily and help prevent this. I know stress is a huge factor for me. Since they took a medication off the market, there is nothing else I can try right now unless I go back on the anti-spam medication which I seriously dislike the side effects, dry mouth I mean we are seriously talking dry mouth which then causes serious dental issues too. Oh I wish there was a cure!!

Whew is sure is hot out in our front porch area. With it being all enclosed in glass, that morning sun and no shade makes it hotter than heck! Hubby and I have been checking into roller shades for the spring and summer season for our windows and wondering if we should try those out in the porch area too. I bet it would make a world of difference with the heat if you added some shade! The cats just love to be out there, I have some great pictures to scrap soon!!
