Speaking of prom my daughter just showed me her ticket again and at the bottom is an order form to order pictures taken at prom. Oh you know I am ordering, I want one but she seems to think its hers! If I buy the package with the 8×10, then I get to keep the 8×10, that’s only fair! So now I am looking at picture frames to find that perfect frame for this picture! OH mine goodness I am just sitting here crying, just so hard to beleive she is grown. But that 8×10 is MINE!!!!!

I just got an invitation in the mail from my sister in law, they are having a baby shower for her daughter in law but with a twist! First the card is a scrap style card and so cute I adore it, secondly, since her son and daughter in law live out of state, they are having a baby shower where you bring the gift unwrapped and wrap it there! Isn’t that sweet. I just seen some of the cutest personalized baby clothes and thought about ordering and sending directly. They are having a girl and already have her named picked out. So we may just do that. I have to call my sister in law later and see if that is OK.
She is all set for Prom!

Boy it really is hard to believe that prom is literally just a few weeks away for my daughter. We have her dress, shoes and the girls mom got her a purse, she bought her ticket, which was numbered 001, which I am going to scan and scrap as part of her prom scraps. So now hubby and I are talking about getting her a pretty gold chain to wear, I think with the colors of her dress, it would look absolutely gorgeous! I know her boyfriend bought her a necklace so I have a feeling even if we did buy it, she would not wear the one we bought. But I still say it would look so pretty!! I am on the hunt now for the perfect kit, since I have the dress I know the colors I need.
What a nightmare!!

As you all know because of limited computer memory, I have been unable to unchain myself away from my desktop computer, and not getting the time I want on my laptop to scrap. My system was sucking having to keep everything zipped and then trying to transfer back and forth between the computers was a pain in the butt. So I decided to get a dedicated external drive and spent all week getting my files moved, unzipped and organized! So now all I have to do is hook up the laptop directly to the external when I want to sit and relax and scrap! With the spring weather here I love to sit in the front porch area with my laptop, relax and scrap! Plus now that I opened my own little store I can work on making things for the store too! I just might enjoy the spring and summer weather after all!

I have NO idea what I am going to do with my son. He just broke his last pair of glasses. Does he really thing money grows on trees? These were far from cheap glasses too. Instead of telling me he broke them, he tried to tape them so I would not notice. Did he seriously think that big piece of duct tape was NOT going to be noticeable. Needless to say my dad just left to take him to see if they can temporarily fix them. Here I am saving money to get him a new bike and I may end up getting him glasses instead!
