A little disappointed and hurt

Recently one of the sites that I felt as if I was a part of the team family at, and friends with the owner of, well the owner decided to sell, which is fine and dandy as I know she has had her plate full at home. But what is upsetting is the fact that not all “team” members were put on noticed of the changes to come. Imagine my surprise of an email as the site is in process of changing over, for this to be the first to here about it.

I fully understand if it was not to go “public”, but when you have folks who are part of a “working team” working there, we all should of been given some sort of a heads up prior to it happening. Not when everything is up in the air and when you have many friends who “shop” at the site who know your suppose to be a part of their “team” on, are emailing asking questions after the fact, and your just as stumped as they are, how is that suppose to make you feel hmmm?

I don’t beleive in drama so that is not the point or my purpose in my post. I don’t understand why the previous owner could not take a moment to say hey I’m moving on, you all have been great and such, no sneak away behind the scenes. I guess some of us on the “team” just were not as important as the others. That is now I feel and I am not going to apologize for that.

Honestly I thought her and I were “friends”, but I guess I was way off. How do you not feel upset or hurt???

I won’t be part of the gossip or rumors that will be flying. But since this is MY blog and I paid for the domain and hosting, I felt I had a right to come in and vent how I feel. I am hurt and disappointed and feel very lost.
