Are you a light sleeper?

Are you a light sleeper?  I am!  The slightest little noise and I am awake.  I am one who can not sleep in total quiet!  Especially with the three cats!  Seems like when we go to bed, that is their cue to start rough housing and playing!  They sleep all day, play all night!  It really seems as if I just can not get comfortable at night, I really toss and turn a lot.  Hubby and his snoring doesn’t help.  Well perhaps I just call it snoring since he claims he doesn’t snore!  He would know right?  My friend was telling me that she got a sleep number bed and that she and her hubby love it.  She likes it more softer and he likes it more firmer.  So it is perfect for them and she is sleeping better.  We have one of those sound spa’s in our room which is starting to sound more like static than rain, I think I wore that sucker out.  I am going to surf the net I think to see if there is one is surround digital sound!!!
