Do you use templates?

As a digital or paper scrapper, do you use templates? I have yet to use one myself. I see so many pretty quick pages and brag books. I see so many different templates out there and I bet they are simple to use. But for me I like doing it from scratch, starting with my blank 8×8 page. I take great pride in each of my scrap pages that I do!
So if your a fellow scrapper and visiting today, tell me do you use templates?

Don’t you just love promotional pens that you collect from various places? I was cleaning out my desk yesterday and finding all these pens and thinking where did they come from, I mean I don’t go anywhere during the day so where did they all come from? My dad! Today when he came home from the mall he walked over to my desk and tossed in some pens. I asked him where on earth are you finding all these pens at? He says they pass them out at the mall, or he snags them when he goes to see his doctors, to bring me home something. I thought that was so sweet, but hope he can find some that are not just black ink! I don’t really like to use black ink! I love to use blue and when I can find them, pink ink pens. I kid you not, I could fill a shoe box right now!!
Its all about the lighting

I have really noticed with some of the photos that I take, it really is all about the lighting in the room or area you are in. I don’t have a real fancy digital camera but love the one that I do, but have noticed some of my photos really have some lighting issues as of late. I can’t put my finger on it, but I notice a difference in my photos. My camera is only a year old. So perhaps i should explore new cameras and see what I should save up for. I really wish I had one that had a great zoom feature!!

When we were down in Amish Country this past weekend, and was out and about shopping and visiting the local markets like crafts, clothing and such, I seen some of the most adorable maternity clothes!! I have to tell you for years I have cried and cried because of health issues not being able to have more babies. Now that my daughter has graduated and moving on with her life, one day she will marry and have babies, and I really can’t wait. Usually its the grand babies that get spoiled, but I already see myself looking at the maternity clothes and saying oh my daughter will one day look cute in that!! I also say to myself, awe man I wish they would of had those when I was pregnant!!

You have got to be kidding. My son seriously needs to work on his strength, as we were outside talking to the neighbors last night and I was observing my son playing and let me tell you, dude needs some strength equipment. I know he has always had trouble with his fine motor skills since he was a toddler. It seems when they hit their teen years they seem to get a little lazy in certain areas that do not require a game controller. But let me tell you, when he is angry and upset he is one strong kid, now if he could only use this power of strength for good, perhaps that’s where getting weights and such will come in.

Is there that one piece of jewelry you just have to have? I know most woman are all about diamonds, as they say they are a girls best friend. But I don’t have to have lots of diamonds, but would love to have some Tahitian pearls, you know not those fake pearls, but the real thing!! I have always loved the look of pearls, and I would love to have a strand of pearls that were pink! Had I not let the holes in my ears close, I get some pearl earrings too. So what is your one piece of jewelry you just have to have?
