One year today….

Today is kind of a sad day for my heart, last night I dreamt about my sweet Whisper, who crossed Rainbow Bridge a year ago today. This is one of my favorite scrap pages of him, where he was begging for food and I said if he smiled for the camera I would give him a bite and he did! I could not believe it! He was with me for 17.5 years, my lap kitty, licked my tears away when I cried, my bedtime kitty where he laid next to me and I slept. For the past year I have had such a hard time sleeping. He was with me through such terrible struggles in life too. Forever in my heart he will be. I love you Whisper and miss you so!

At least we have this memory!

Well I think we found one downside to schooling from home (meaning having my son attend public school online) is no Senior Prom! I was just sorting some pictures, and when my daughter and her boyfriend broke up I took her prom picture off the wall for a while until her heart mended. Its just a beautiful picture with her all dressed up and it just dawned on me as a tear streams down my face, my son won’t get to dress up in any tuxedos and attend homecoming or Prom! The school doesn’t have these kinds of functions! Of course with him he doesn’t honestly care, he tells me he would not of went anyhow, but my heart still breaks the same. But at least I have this scrap with my cuties all dressed up, my stepson and my son in tuxedos then, on our wedding day, eleven years ago this past June! I am definitely putting this layout in his memory book! (my son is the youngest there to the left hard to believe he is a Senior now huh)

I got another scrap layout page done with Trace Adkins, from the concert. I am telling you I haven’t even put a dent in the photos yet and still have to scrap Toby Keith! I love this one a lot, although one or two of the pictures are a little fuzzy. Again I watermarked each photo. You be surprised what people take online!! I found a few of my layouts with pictures taken out and someone put pictures in to make tags with. Very sad huh!
